House Rules
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by Airstream by the Sea’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation and our pet policy and pet fee of $100 are agreed upon.
*There is a 2 dog maximum with a 50lb maximum weight
* Dogs are prohibited on the bed, sofa and furniture.
* Dogs are not left alone in the accommodation.
* Dogs must be kept under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at the property at any time.
* Guests are responsible for "clean up" after their dog.
* Guests must bring their dog bowls and bed.
Renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without prior permission.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

Guest Access
Our property features secure digital lock codes for easy check-in and check-out, provided the day before your arrival. Guests will have the entire property to themselves. Both Airstreams are thoughtfully spaced and landscaped for added privacy. There is also off-street parking for 2 vehicles.

We loved staying at Jack’s airstreams in Nosara. A unique experience in a private setting, close to the beach, restaurants and cafes in Nosara. The airstreams are well designed, and very comfortable. And the outdoor showers were a treat. Highly recommended for an original, design forward stay in Nosara! And Jack was beyond communicative and proactive, its clear that he really cares about providing a good experience.

Increíble lugar, definitivamente nos sorprendió, aunque no es una casa o departamento es muy cómodo y súper bien equipado, limpio, un entorno precioso.
Las bicicletas son un gran acierto, te permiten desplazarse y conocer a fondo cada rincón de Guiones sin necesidad de sacar el auto.
Excelente experiencia la volveremos que repetir sin duda. Airstream by the see nos abrió la posibilidad de experimentar con hospedajes fuera de lo común.

Jack's place was magical! It was perfect for my family of 5. The ping pong table was a big hit with my teenagers (and husband!). It was very clean and comfortable, and it had everything we need. Everything was a quick walk away including great restaurants and the beautiful beach. We didn't want to leave! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a perfect beach town experience.

We had a great time here! The reviews and descriptions are completely accurate. We loved the outdoor showers especially as well as the fire pit/ grill and being able to lock up our surfboards at night. We also had fun riding around town on the bikes. Great location! We rented our boards from Corky’s down on the corner. Of course it’s rainy season right now so we got to enjoy afternoon thunder and lightning storms sitting on the front deck, which we loved. We would absolutely return!
